Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Currently we only accept payment by Visa or Master Card.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to customer's who live in California.
Shipping & Handling
For orders placed in the 48 contiguous U.S. states, we ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $9.50.
We do our best to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order, and your order should arrive within 4-8 days.
For orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, we ship via USPS Express Ship only, and we charge a flat rate of $24.
Currently, we do not ship internationally, but do check back as we hope to add this service in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
14 Day Return Policy
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise and are sure you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please inspect all products upon receipt because absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made after 14 days. Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable.
Items must be returned with the original tags attached and in new, unused, condition.
Returning Your Item
To return a purchase, please follow the directions below:
1. E-mail us at admin@clothingcottage.com with your order
number, name, phone # and email address. Also
include the reason for your return.
2. A customer service associate will email you within
24 hours to provide you a Return Authorization Number
for you to write in the copy of the invoice that you
will send back to us with your return/exchange.
Please note that returns made without an Return
Authorization Number will not be accepted.
Returned Merchandise Is Your Responsibility Until It
Safely Reaches Our Warehouse. For this reason, you should insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To protect your return, package your shipment appropriately to prevent damage.
Once the product is received at our warehouse in good and saleable condition, showing no signs of wear, with all original tags in place, we will issue a full refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the purchase, or we will ship the new product if the transaction is an exchange, (minus shipping charges).
We will notify you via e-mail once your return/exchange has been processed.
All products must be in original packaging, with tags attached and must not have been used.
